Production miller, working widths 6 m, 8.3 m and 9 m

Blade equipment consists of a hook blade, model 2006. The hook blade makes grains  if the bog is intact, i.e. if the surface of the bog has not been ruined for example by a maintenance miller. As large amount of grains as possible in the drying layer speeds up drying and decreases the amount of dust. The hook blade detaches the surface of the bog by piercing, not by tearing. Blade hooks have minimised the requirement for power. Blade hooks are used to chop the loose pieces of wood and tree stumps that emerge in the field during production, by using the highest revolution count on the miller and reducing the tractor's speed to a crawl. Wood emerging in the production field can be chopped effectively in the autumn when the wood freezes onto the field and it has not snowed yet. When using a miller to cut wood, the part protruding overground is milled - if the surface of the field is milled, there will not be any grains. Chopping tree stumps on the field is important because the stumps cause damage particularly to ridgers during production, and loose pieces of wood cause interference with mechanical and pneumatic harvesters. The miller's blades should be kept sharp as it saves one tank of fuel per production season.

The body of the miller is equipped with a rear support to prevent damage to the body.

The wheel at the back, that controls the milling layers' depth is 710/50 R26,5, height 1,365 mm, which gives a sufficient flotation to achieve an even milling layer. Front tyres 400/155, height 850 mm. The miller also has an accurate adjustment screw with which the thickness of the layer to be milled is determined.

There is a separate lubrication system for the miller's seals and bearings in the miller's blade tube's bearings. It is commonly known that when the bearing is lubricated with one pipe nipple, grease is removed from the seal that lets it out more easily. This is why the other seal remains unlubricated. The seal is destroyed first, then the bearing. The lubrication option is also available for the blade pipe joints that contain the following parts: housing, spiders and rollers.

The joints of the elements are located on fixed pivots that can be lubricated. The body remains straight and in good condition.

The miller can be attached to any standard tractor’s tow hook/hitch.  Work can be started quickly and safely.

The miller's gearbox is Raiselift Oy's own product and it is the most robust production miller gearbox in production. 200 pieces have been made since 1995.

Production millers have been manufactured since 1987 in sizes 6 m, 9 m and 11.5 m. Altogether, 220 millers have been made.
